Shipping policy

Everything we sell is digital. Nothing is shipped, and there are no shipping costs.

How you get your files

• Your download link appears on the order confirmation page right after payment.
• The same link is emailed to the address you used at checkout, usually within a few minutes.
• You can also sign in to your account with that email address to find your order again.

If the email doesn't arrive

Check your spam and promotions folders first. If it's still missing after 15 minutes, reply to your order confirmation email or contact us through our contact page and we'll resend it.

Updates

When we update the product, we email the new version to the address on your order.
