Terms of service

Last updated: September 15, 2026

These terms govern your use of this website and your purchase of products from it. The website and the Client Engine brand are operated by SSS Online LLC, a Delaware limited liability company located at 1111B S Governors Ave, STE 25855, Dover, DE 19904, United States ("we", "us", "our"). By using the site or buying a product, you agree to these terms.

1. What we sell

The Client Engine System is a self-paced digital product: written playbooks, templates, AI prompts and a spreadsheet, delivered as downloadable files. It has no live components — no calls, coaching or community access. We also offer a free email course, the 5-Day Client Pipeline.

2. Delivery

After payment, your download link appears on the order confirmation page and is emailed to the address you used at checkout. See our Digital Delivery Policy.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. Founding pricing applies to the first 500 copies sold; after that, the regular price applies. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers; we never see or store your full card details.

4. Your license

When you buy the Client Engine System, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for yourself or your own one-person business. You may fill in the templates and use them with your own prospects and clients. You may not share, resell, sublicense, republish or distribute the product or any part of it, or use it to create a competing product. All other rights are reserved.

5. Lifetime updates

"Lifetime updates" means that, for as long as we continue to offer the Client Engine System, we'll send you updated versions of it at no extra cost, using the email address from your order. Keep that address current.

6. Refunds

Refunds, including the do-the-work guarantee, are covered by our Refund Policy.

7. No guaranteed results

The product is educational. Any numbers, benchmarks or examples in it — including the worked example, which is an illustrative composite — are illustrations or rough expectations, not promises of income or results. Your results depend on your offer, your market, your skills and the work you actually do. Nothing we provide is financial, legal or tax advice.

8. Your outreach and third-party tools

The system teaches outbound prospecting. You are responsible for making sure your outreach follows the laws and platform rules that apply to you and your prospects, such as anti-spam and data-protection laws and the terms of any platform you use. The prompts are designed for third-party AI tools that we don't operate; check everything those tools produce before you rely on it, and don't paste in information you aren't allowed to share.

9. The free email course and our emails

If you sign up for the free course, we'll send you the course emails and occasional updates and offers. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Intellectual property

All content on this site and in our products — text, templates, prompts, designs and the Client Engine name and logo — belongs to SSS Online LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law.

11. Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by law, the site and products are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or revenue, arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the product the claim relates to. Some jurisdictions don't allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. This doesn't take away any mandatory consumer protections you have under the laws of the place where you live.

14. Changes

We may update these terms. The version posted here, with its "last updated" date, applies to purchases made from that date on.
